trumpie is putting 25% tariff on steel and 10% tariff on aluminum.

Britain, Europe, Mexico, Canada, Japan and China each buy and sell steel to each other, why are we bothering about the tariff fallout and how to respond, why don’t we just sell more to and from each other (ie what we would of bought from America, we buy from say Canada and so on)*.

As with aluminum, I’m not worried, the tax is on aluminum, we don’t make aluminum in Britain, Europe of Japan, we make aluminium, which I hear is near identical, so no tariffs for us.
