This morning, I open Jalopnik and I see this Ad:
This is an ad for new condos that aren’t far from me.
But what’s interesting is it’s clearly targeting Chinese investors. Clicking on the website not only discusses the building and the price of units, but also the kind of rental income you can expect.
This makes me think of a few things:
1. Apparently something about my location and/or history made the advertising thingy think I could be Asian.
2. The Toronto area is getting more appealing to foreign investors (Thanks Trump!)
3. Jalopnik and other former Gawker media sites are getting greater advertising reach now than before.
Just something I found interesting...
