I’m strongly considering going to see a therapist

Isn’t that enough of a sign for me to just do it?

Just think I have way too much on my mind, no one to actually talk about it to for various reasons, and I’d rather get it off my chest and find out what the fuck is up with me rather than do something bad one day.


How does one find a therapist? Google?
