I browse through maps

To forget where I am

I see cities from far and wide

though a set of satellite eyes

With nothing else in mind, I roam

Freely, at any time, undisturbed.

I search for a new place, one at a time

To forget myself, one block, at a time

The blue dot where I stand: invisible to the eye

Am I searching too far? A wild dream

Made convenient, should be easy to find

But this whole lays only within

My screen, mind, and time.

Yet I’ll browse through maps

to find, who I am.
