I’m just so frustrated at something seemingly so simple that I shouldn’t be mad at.

I told a friend that her hair “is on point” (because modern language, ok?), because it just happened to look really good. She asked why I didn’t just say it looked good, and I didn’t have anything to say to that.

Later on, she messaged me asking if I was being sarcastic when I complimented her hair. I said that I wasn’t; she then told me that she and my best friend thought I was being sarcastic.

I took a bit of offense to that and threw out the fact that I wasn’t able to make a compliment without being questioned nowadays, and she responded saying that “on point” isn’t a compliment.

Now you may think that this is all me being fussy, and it probably is, but what do I do?

Another RS7 for your time.
